Centrally located in the old fishing port of Soller and 50m from the sea, Aimia Hotel is the first of its kind in this part of the island. Opened in 2004 in this low key seaside resort, Aimia has been completely renovated into a stylish and modern place to stay, with all the luxuries of a four star hotel. Designed for comfort and relaxation, the spacious ground floor cleverly flows between indoor and outdoor areas. The light-filled restaurant and cocktail bar are surrounded on one side by huge glass windows which open out onto a expansive patio at the back of the hotel. Stylish decking covers this area and leads to a large inviting pool complete with loungers and huge parasols. This is the perfect place for long lazy days as the hotel and it's friendly staff take care of your every whim. Down a few steps off the patio, there's a sauna and spa, and if all this relaxation becomes too much, there's even a gym. Step outside the hotel and you're in the centre of Port de Soller and within 50 metres of a small beach. There's a variety of bars and restaurants to choose from and there's a vintage tram that trundles inland to the nearby town of Soller. 1 Junior Suite (with terrace) 34 Superior Doubles (with balcony) 8 Standard Doubles All rooms are equipped with satellite TV, safe, minibar, heating and AC, hair dryer, telephone, internet access and a full length mirror.
On reservation, full directions will be sent to you. Aimia Hotel is centrally located in the fishing port of Soller. Fifty metres to a small beach, 3km to Soller town and approx 30 minutes from Palma airport.
Port de Soller is predominately a fishing and sailing Port combined with a low-key seaside resort. There's a small sandy beach and plenty of boats to take you up the coast to visit pretty Cala Tuent and the breathtaking Torrent de Pareis. The trip to these remote attractions is becoming very popular and it's possibly best to go in spring or autumn. The Port also has good selection of bars and restaurants, and great vintage tram that takes people to the town of Soller. The picture postcard villages of Fornalutx, Deia and Biniaraix. Walking/Hiking - This area is ideal if you enjoy walking or hiking. Soller is a small, elegant and arty town, set at the end of the breathtaking mountain steam train ride from Palma.
