Booking Process

 

Our aim is to keep the process as simple and smooth as possible, and to make sure that you are completely happy with all information before you confirm the reservation.

 

Three Easy Steps

 

Firstly, complete and submit the availability form for your chosen accommodation. This form is purely to check availability; there is no obligation on your behalf.

 

Secondly, you will receive an email with the room availability, total cost direct from your chosen accommodation, and details of how to reserve.

 

Thirdly, if you are happy with all the information and would like to reserve, simply complete the secure reservation form with your details and reference number found in the availability email (this number relates exactly to your specific request).

 

Once the hotel has fully confirmed, you will receive an email with your reservation confirmation. You will also receive the hotel's full contact details (including directions/map to the accommodation).

 

 On-line Security

At the final stage of the booking process, the hotel will require your credit card details to reserve the accommodation.

 

These can be entered on-line via our secure reservation form which is  transported and managed by our secure server using an encryption technology called F-Secure SSH -  the industry standard for network security.

 

We can also receive your confirmation details by fax or telephone (please see the reservation form).

 

 Your personal details

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will under no circumstances pass on any of your personal information or credit card details to anyone other than the accommodation provider.
