group of us went over to have fun in Palma and we had a great time.
Puro’s bar is lively with good house music and friendly bar staff.
The hotel’s right in the centre so a good selection of restaurants +
bars were easy to get to. We headed down to Puro Beach a couple of
times (make sure you book sunbeds for all the days you want on
check-in otherwise you might not be able to get them) and enjoyed
the experience. Thanks for sorting out our arrangements.

We
keep returning to Palma and tried out Puro this time. We like lively
places so it worked for us. Our room had an enormous bathtub (allow
some time to fill up!). Puro Beach (no beach, but right by the sea
with a pool) is a cool place to hangout. Best to get a sunbed right
by the seafront.

We really enjoyed
our trip. The hotel was in a very good location, close to the
Cathedral and the other sights in the old town and with a number of
good restaurants and bars within minutes of the front door. The staff
were friendly and helpful. We went to the beach club a couple of times
and while it is probably a bit off charging hotel guests to use it
(albeit at a discounted rate), it is a very pleasant place to spend a
few hours. It is worth guests bearing in mind the need to book
loungers (20E) and transfers (which are free) as neither are
guaranteed. The hotel bar was very lively – possibly too lively for
some – but was clearly popular. A general point – we took only hand
luggage and were in the hotel within 30 minutes of the plane touching
the tarmac, so I think this is well worth bearing in mind for those
who are only going for the w/e and travelling with a decent airline.

This is a fantastic
hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone going to Palma. The
location is fantastic, so close lots of bars and restaurants and the
main sights of the city. The staff are really helpful and the rooms
are fantastic, very comfortable with amazing bathrooms! 10/10

What a wonderful hotel
right in the centre of Palma. If you want to de-stress
and relax I can think of nowhere better. Staff friendly and helpful
and rooms something special. And at Puro Beach we felt like in
paradise.

Location perfect, rooms superb, excellent bathroom and friendly staff.
Great music to listen to in the room and at the bar. Really trendy
hotel with no edge or snobbiness.

This
has to be the coolest and most beautiful hotel in Palma. And the
Purobeach is just something else. The word Oasis does not do this spa
justice. A definite must visit again hotel.

A fantastic hotel in the
heart of the old town of Palma. I can't think of one bad comment about
Puro - the staff is friendly, helpful and down to earth, the decor is
beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxed, the food at Opio is fab and the
roof terrace is total bliss! I will definitely come back and I
encourage you to go and enjoy the experience!

Trendy hotel in the
heart of Palma, minutes from good restaurants and bars. Good mix of
European guests, upbeat atmosphere and in the Purobeach, possibly the
most relaxed place on the island. Would stay again. 8/10.

The hotel was superb
with brilliant staff and service. It exceeded all my expectations.

My only complaint is that it was so good I will now have to

Great location in old
town Palma. Service was excellent. Spent one afternoon up on the roof
deck by the plunge pool and had the place to ourselves. Food was very
good with excellent choice. 8/10

I could not recommend
this hotel highly enough - it's a really chilled out place, the staff
bend over backwards to help you and make your stay comfortable. The
rooftop terrace is a real treat in the heart of a beautiful city.
Accommodation is luxurious and comfortable and the hotel sits right in
the heart of the old town. We're planning our return visit already!

The
Puro was superb . . . instant chill-out .
. . exactly what I needed after a very stressful week. It normally
takes me days to switch off. After a couple of hours in the
Puro I really was on vacation. Great
location, brilliant staff, excellent food and top quality
accommodation. Highly recommended.

is one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in - the
architecture is great and the decoration extremely stylish. Coupled
with a great bar which is packed all weekend, this is a great place to

Marks out of 10: 8/10 Fantastic hotel right in the centre of the old
town. The service was exceptionally high with very helpful staff and the
standard of rooms was also very high. I would recommend this hotel to
anyone whether a romantic break or a girls weekend away as Palma has
so much to offer. Worth every penny.

The
hotel was the new chic, unique and boutique hotel in Palma. The level
of service was very good and the front desk was very helpful to my
needs. As for the hotel itself I loved the atmosphere and the rooms
(especially the bathroom) was to a good standard.
