This hotel is in a prime location in the centre of Palma, very near
to the cathedral. It is an oasis amidst the the very narrow alleys
in that area. The room was perfect with excellent air conditioning
and lots of space for all your bits and bobs. Breakfast a little
different but very enjoyable - thoroughly recommend and I have no
doubt I will return. I would rate it 9/10

Fantastic location right beside trendy bars and restaurants in the
centre of Palma but yet very quiet. Suite was very modern and
spacious. Service was excellent, food superb, staff extremely
helpful - all in all a fantastic experience and highly recommended!

Stayed for three days and loved every moment! We really like modern
design hotels and Tres has it in abundance. The rooms are stylish
and mix really well with the character of the old building.
Breakfasts were plentiful and the location was perfect; close to

We had a wonderful stay. It was a hidden gem in a vibrant city. The
interior of the rooms were as nice as any I have stayed in and the
staff were helpful with out being suffocating. I would stay again
and certainly recommend it to anybody staying in Palma.

Tres was a welcome haven - take a taxi not a car unless you park in
large public car parks just in the Avenue before Passeig Born. The
chill out music piped at bar and on roof top terrace/plunge pool can
sometimes be too loud/get on nerves - sit away from speakers if
trying to read - however drink and food can be ordered from roof by
telephone and that is a great bonus. rooms were very clean and
minimalist - bed ok could do with a larger/wider duvet - and could
do away with hospital style trolley - but otherwise everything great
and recommend add a terrace to room - cool place to sit out of sun.
breakfast just right and in April the weather good and streets
quiet.

This is the second time I have stayed at Hotel Tres and can't
recommend it
highly enough. Rooms are clean and contemporary and the staff are
unfailingly friendly and helpful. Tres is perfectly located in Old
Town and
surrounded by fabulous restaurants and bars. The roof terrace and
pool
whilst small are clean and not usually too crowded. Bar snacks and
drinks
are reasonably prices and of a good standard. The clientele are
generally 30
something couples or small groups of friends.

Hotel is in perfect location. Lots of good bars and restaurants (
and shops) close by.Staff very helpful and friendly especially when
my husband's suit case went missing for 2 days with the airline. Sun
deck and plunge pool is added bonus, making this hotel ideal for a

I have stayed in Palma
on several occasions and really enjoyed my time at Hotel Tres. We
had a lovely room overlooking the courtyard where everyone
breakfasted in the morning. The hotel is situated in the heart of
old Palma, just a few metres from Abaco (a fantastic bar with an
opulent terrace that I would recommend to anyone) and some great
tapas restaurants. Our room was beautifully designed and
comfortable. Hotel Tres is a lovely location for a city break. The
roof top splash pool provided a lovely view of the cathedral, but
due to the drop, it's not somewhere I would take children.

Well. Have to tell
you, what a great place to stay. So central to Palma, just what we
like. We can shop till we drop all morning, then back to the sun
terrace overlooking the Cathedral to sunbathe all afternoon. Then
early evening rest a while with a drink at the bar, before hitting
the town to some of the best restaurants I think this Island has to
offer. As far as the hotel is concerned, we were lucky enough to
stay in the Grand Suite, which was fabulous. You had the privacy of
your own terrace, with hot tub, and it was just so peaceful and
relaxing up there. The staff were so friendly, and helpful with any
directions we needed, or getting them to book restaurants for our
fabulous dinners we had! We enjoyed ourselves at Hotel Tres so much
that we have booked to go back with friends in July, and again in
September. I think that is confirmation in itself how much we
enjoyed our stay there!!!

I would like to say
thanks for the great service and thank you for offering the Hotel
Tres as one of your recommended stays. My partner and I stayed for 3
nights in the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We were right in the
heart of Palma town, close to all the attractions. We stayed in the
modern part of the hotel and were very pleased with the service
(even though we got carried away on the minibar !!!! - but what are
holidays for). The roof top terrace was excellent, the sauna and
plunge pool were fantastic, and what a great memory to have,
overlooking the cathedral with a glass of red wine in my hand at
sunset and their piped in chill out music!!!!! I strongly recommend
this hotel to everybody, it was luxury in the heart of the Old Town
(very authentic surroundings).

Hotel Tres was
absolutely lovely, the decor was modern and yet pure luxury. The
staff were extremely welcoming and champagne was provided to every
guest on arrival. The Hotel and staff offered all facilities and
smiles that any guest could have wished for. An absolutely lovely
weekend break with delicious food, friendly staff, fantastic
facilities and right in the heart of romantic Palma. 10/10 rating.

of 10. Location - perfect, right in the heart of the old town,
amidst all the good bars and restaurants, near the shops, and
close-up views of the main sights. Rooms - clean, modern,
comfortable, spacious, luxurious bathrooms, dvd/cd player in the tv,
nice attention to detail Food - great choice at breakfast,
reasonably priced bar drinks, excellent meals/snacks (eat on the
roof terrace in the sun) Facilities - roof terrace superbly done
with magnificent views of the cathedral, mountains, and port. Nice
plunge pool, chilled music, wonderful ambience. A relaxing haven,
well priced, perfect location. Recommended to anyone. Keeps you away
from the package-tour crowd and in the middle of the Spanish side of
Mallorca.

Chic hotel in the
centre of Palma. When you walk out of the hotel unlimited
restaurants/bars are on your door step but inside is peace and
relaxation, great roof terrace with stunning views of the city.
Small pool but great to cool off on a hot day. Courtyard for
breakfast and drinks is totally relaxing great service. Going back
as soon as we can 10/10

A great hotel for
singles or couples wanting to be in the heart of Palma's old town.
The hotel is funky and chic, the staff extremely helpful in all
areas. Food is great particularly the club sandwich, wines are good
and well priced. The only potential fault is the size of the pool
which as described is just a plunge pool - but this is a small minus
compared to many pluses.

Situation (old town
Mallorca) plus quality of the staff, service and food are all
excellent. The one (and only one) reservation was with regard to the
'minimalist' approach adopted in the bedroom (white walls, net
curtain over single shelf unit and net curtain separating bedroom
from bathroom was a touch too avante garde. Acid test - would I
recommend the hotel - absolutely.

architectural mix of traditional & modern which compliment each other
very well. The rooms are light and airy and rooftop terrace is fab.

Great hotel, lovely
rooms and very well thought out in a typically Scandinavian way.
Breakfast very nice too especially the smoked salmon yummee! lovely
roof terraces too with great views. But best of all the service,
particularly susan who gave us some great recommendations for eating

Very
central and beautifully decorated. Very nice girl on reception let us
check out at 8pm with no extra charge as our flight was not until
10.30 pm !!
