Tucked down a narrow cobbled street off Soller's main leafy square, S'Ardeviu is a charming and authentic townhouse with bags of character and a beautiful private courtyard. With just eight guest bedrooms, the welcoming local hosts, Xisco and Isabel, have created an intimate and homely place to stay in the centre of this delightful Old Town. Step in through the unassuming entrance, to be greeted by all the charm of a grand Mallorcan residence. The Sampol family heirlooms are immaculately presented throughout, and blend beautifully with the hotel's high wood beamed ceilings, large glass stained wooden doors and ceramic tiled floors. Breakfast is served in the wonderful garden patio. Bright white linen table tops are spacious dotted around the cobbled courtyard. This is a great place to relax, with colourful flower beds, sun loungers and shaded corners, all set against Soller's mountain backdrop. As the night draws in, there's also a large comfortable indoor sitting area with books, games and a complimentary tray of local liquors. Soller's restaurants and pavement cafes are all a short stroll away, as to is the quaint local tram that trundles down to the Port and it's small beach.
All the rooms are individually decorated and spaciously set out over three floors. Most have views to the courtyard and the wonderful mountains beyond.

Soller is a small, elegant and arty town, set at the end of the breathtaking mountain steam train ride from Palma. The picture postcard villages of Fornalutx, Deia and Biniaraix. Walking/Hiking - This area is ideal if you enjoy walking or hiking. Port de Soller, reached by a quaint tram from Soller, is a low-key seaside resort, with a small sandy beach and plenty of boats to take you up the coast to visit pretty Cala Tuent and the breathtaking Torrent de Pareis.
