Alfabia Nou
Perched on the edge of the
Tramuntana mountains, this immaculate country estate is a relaxing
haven just a stone's throw from the quaint village of Bunyola, and a short
drive to Soller and Palma.
Commanding central position
amongst the estate's terraced gardens and surrounding woodland, the
attractive main house has two annexes lovingly restored into comfortable
well-equipment apartments. A further six similar standard apartments are
located in converted stables in the garden, with terraces and views to the
mountains.
The apartments are all similar
in style with tasteful neutral finishes and character exposed stone walls.
Each has a large living room, and their own private terrace with table and
chairs. Alfresco dining is also available on the garden terrace by the
pool, which has a large communal barbeque and picnic tables.
Exploring nearby, only 200m away are the famous Alfabia gardens, created
over 500 years ago and continually developed throughout the centuries. Well
marked walking routes are also in abundance and cyclists converge from all
over Europe to tackle the local scenic roads.
Soller and the sea can be reached within 15 minutes drive, or if you're
looking for a city fix, Palma and all it's delights are only 20 minutes
drive away.

Alfabia Nou is 1km outside of
Bunyola, off the road between Palma and Soller (just before the Soller
tunnel).
What's nearby
Soller is a small, elegant and arty town, set at
the end of the breathtaking mountain steam train ride from Palma.
Port de
Soller, reached by a quaint tram from Soller, is a low-key seaside
resort, with a small sandy beach and plenty of boats to take you up the
coast to visit pretty Cala Tuent and the breathtaking Torrent de
Pareis.
Walking/Hiking
- This area is ideal if you enjoy walking or hiking.
Jardins d'Alfabia and
Jardins de Raixa are both magical and historical gardens close by.
