Tucked down a pedestrian street, this bright, simple, modern apartment has a quiet position in the heart of Palma's vibrant Old Town.

The Old Town is bursting with life and just a short stroll from the apartment is an excellent mix of culture, history, gastronomy, shopping and nightlife. Palma has something for everyone; 16th century architectural gems, modern museums, designer shops, restaurants, lively bars, classical concerts, and all just a stones throw from the Mediterranean sea.

The apartment was totally refurbished in 2008. Contemporary finishings with splashes of bold colours give a fresh and bright feel to all the rooms. The kitchen is well equipped to cope with most culinary feasts and the comfortable living room has a flat screen TV and DVD player.

Just around the corner is one of Mallorca's best indoor markets (Plaza Olivar) and the train station is two minutes walk away (with frequent steam train rides up through the mountains to Soller).
