Tucked away in a secluded valley and a short five minute drive to the Port de Soller, this stunning three storey property sits in a very private position surrounded by orange and lemon groves with the scenic Tramuntana mountains as a backdrop. for those wishing to be further spoilt, a chef can be pre-arranged to tend
to all your dining needs. Seven bedrooms in total (all en-suite), two of which are in a self-contained Penthouse at the top of the house. Ground Floor: Large arched entrance with stone floors and a small chapel. Fully fitted kitchen, sitting room, dining room and double bedroom with four poster bed. First floor: Three double bedrooms and a large living room with piano and home cinema (and Sat-TV). Library / study with internet connection. Second floor: Self contained Penthouse with two double bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen and large living / dining room. Large private terrace.
The house is equipped with
satellite TV, CD / DVD (free library in reception), internet access, heating
and AC, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron /
ironing board and BBQ.
On reservation, full directions will be sent to you. Port House Soller is located in the Port de Soller about 4km down a country lane from the beach, restaurants and shops. It is and approx 40 minutes drive from Palma airport.
Port de Soller is predominately a fishing and sailing Port combined with a low-key seaside resort. There's a small sandy beach and plenty of boats to take you up the coast to visit pretty Cala Tuent and the breathtaking Torrent de Pareis. The trip to these remote attractions is becoming very popular and it's possibly best to go in spring or autumn. The Port also has good selection of bars and restaurants, and great vintage tram that takes people to the town of Soller. The picture postcard villages of Fornalutx, Deia and Biniaraix. Walking/Hiking - This area is ideal if you enjoy walking or hiking. Soller is a small, elegant and arty town, set at the end of the breathtaking mountain steam train ride from Palma.
