Sa Pedrissa Hotel Review

Situated a stones throw from Deia, this charming retreat is enchantingly perched on the cliffs between the blue sea and the impressive peaks of the Tramuntana mountains.

The estate itself is also very picturesque, with its watchtower and ancient stone walls framed by pretty gardens, the sparkling sea and a backdrop of olive grove terraced mountains. A former residence of the Archduke Louis Salvador of Austria, Sa Pedrissa has been tastefully converted into a romantic eight bedroom hotel. Due to its history, the building has been declared a place of cultural and historical interest, and great care has been taken to preserve its original architecture and character. Traditional antiques and high quality furnishings intersperse the ancient features, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

In the restaurant the original olive press, ancient stone slab floors and an impressive curved ceiling all remain from Sa Pedrissa's interesting past. Tasty Mediterranean dishes, made from fresh local produce can be enjoyed in the atmospheric restaurant or on the hotel’s panoramic terrace. There’s also a barbeque terrace area complete with rustic wooden tables and chairs where special dinners are served.
