Son Capellot Review

This charming rural retreat sits in the peaceful countryside just a short drive to the east coast's sandy beaches.

Once a 200 year old farmstead, the main house and it's outbuildings have been converted into a delightful place to stay. Touches of taste and simplicity flow throughout the buildings, and add warmth and charm to the four spacious apartments. The local owners, the Adrover family, are always on hand, and offer a great source of local information whether it's beaches, restaurants or one of the many local activities.

Outside there's a large pool with terraces and sunloungers. The surrounding grounds are meticulously tended to, and dotted with ancient fruit trees and flower beds bursting with colour. Each apartment also has it's own outdoor table, so you can enjoy your culinary feasts cooked up on the barbeque whilst watching the sun go down.

Truly beautiful accommodation and wonderful owners. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Son Capellot. The Gardens were immaculately maintained by the owners who were warm and friendly hosts. The breakfasts were lovely and the apartment was spotlessly clean, with a lovely big king size bed and luxury bed linens. The local town is quite nice but not the best on the island for dining out. We decided to buy our own food from and had some wonderful BBQ's at Son Capellot, whilst drinking Sangria and watching the sun go down. Lovely! 10/10 accommodation 10/10 owners 10/10 accessibility to the southern beaches 8/10 overall location.
