We were really impressed with Hotel Esplendido in Port De Soller. The staff were so helpful, the service was excellent and quality of room and facilities/breakfasts and bar etc really exceeded our expectations. In particular we loved the fact that beach towels, cds, dvds etc were all taken on faith rather than payment/deposit, and the complimentary drinks in the room all contributed to that |

We had a fabulous stay at the Hotel esplendido-we really can't fault this hotel-everything was great-happy to be quoted as this was our second stay. We have enjoyed some of the best hotels in the world but this place gets it just right for us as a couple and as a family with 2 daughters (16 and 20) |

The Hotel Esplendido was great - perfect for the kids and us. Highlights: having large, fluffy towels available at the beach and by the pool; separate pools for kids and adults; fabulous breakfast; separate breakfast rooms for families and 'grown ups'; beautiful views; friendly and genuinely service-orientated staff. We would definitely go back. |

We had a fantastic time. The Esplendido certainly lived up to its name. It was a perfect location for us and our 16 year old daughter and her friend. The hotel manages to get everything right. The staff are helpful and pleasant and the facilities are superb. We would certainly return. |

An absolutely fantastic hotel. Great service and attention to detail. There are adult only areas, so if you're away from the kids you can eat in the bistro at breakfast or laze about in the thermal pool at the top of the terrace, both do not allow children, it is also a great hotel for families. The food is really first class and is probably as good as anywhere in the Port and is about the same price (alot of places do not include tax in their prices) The cocktails are superb and I think value for money. If you want a special restaurant try, Raco des teix in Deia - brilliant Michelin star restaurant. We will be returning to Hotel Esplendido, more than likely with the children this time!!!!!! |

This was our second time in the Esplendido and we have recommended it to lots of our friends. The location is great, love the view on the bay. Highlights are the modern interior, excellent breakfast with lots of choice, fresh fruit/juices and the very friendly staff. Children are very welcome as well. Will go again. |

On arriving at the Esplendido our first impression was of a very professionally run Hotel, we arrived at 12.30pm and asked can we leave our cases, our room was ready, on entering we saw the view, wow!! No detail overlooked, from fresh fruit all day, towels for pool and beach, fresh squeezed orange juice on the breakfast buffet. The hotel was just about perfect in every way from the food the position, the pool area all excellent, friendly staff. We would recommend this hotel every time. |

Aptly named-a splendid hotel in every way. Chilled, relaxed with a view of the bay to die for. Second visit and would definitely go again. Porto soller has to be the prettiest resort on Majorca, and this hotel does it full justice. Thank you The Other Mallorca for unearthing this gem for us. 10/10 |

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Having stayed in 5* hotels worldwide I was very impressed with all aspects, particularly customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for staff from reception through to ancillary staff. The management team behind this hotel have definitely got it right! |

Room excellent in size and decor. Excellent views across the bay. Could have done with more drawer and hanging space as there were four of us. bathroom stunning and very spacious. 9/10. Hotel very clean and staff very good - friendly and efficient. Good to have separate pools for children and adults. Helps parents relax more! Breakfast times very civilised. Restaurant had an interesting menu.8/10 We have two children 4 and 12 and felt more for children including teenagers would have helped especially in the evenings e.g. table tennis, playstations, games room or playroom. These could be discrete so as not to interfere with 'adults'. Overall hotel excellent! Would love to stay again. |

We absolutely loved it - the Esplendido was fantastic for the children and the resort was great too. The staff at the hotel were helpful, the food amazing and the rooms compact but very chic. We had a wonderful time. The staff were excellent and the rooms were very comfortable. I much enjoyed the ambiance of the place which was relaxed and friendly and just what we wanted for a 5 day break. The 2 pools and the additional bar were great as the sea was a little uninviting!. I thought the food was really excellent and enjoyed the fact that we were able to have a meal at unexpected times of the day. I have to say that the food was fantastic but for ones who stay for a week it would be much better to have a change periodically- perhaps a special fish dish daily. Overall it was great and we will certainly go back there again. |
