Particularly impressed with Karina who works at the bar during the day, breakfast and lunch were great, and the Sangria would win prizes! Very much a 'design' hotel, minimal and contemporary but lots of white means lots of keeping it white! Pool area superb, very comfortable kingsize sunbeds and nice pool towels provided. Would go again. |

Overall great value for money as you get to stay in cool surroundings with a great pool, good lunch-time food and a well run bar and also be able to travel into centre of Palma in 15 minutes by taxi or 25 via bus for a couple of euros. Service was warm and efficient. Really nice communal areas and pool - cool decor, fab double sunbeds with comfy mattresses, great sized and beautiful white-tiled pool with lovely touches like the fresh bourganvillea in dishes on the edge of the pool, great roof terrace and nice lounging areas. Cleanliness was good - poolside and bedroom cleaned every morning. Bedroom is basic but good size, light and with some of the same contemporary decor touches. |

Absolutely fabulous boutique style hotel just outside Palma - can't recommend highly enough! Super cool, all-white interiors, spacious rooms with comfy beds and fab showers, chic pool area with decking and double sunbeds, fabulous bar and restaurant for poolside lunches and lovely, welcoming staff. Location great too - 15mins walk from a gorgeous beach and a €10 cab ride into Palma. Minor quibbles would be lack of storage space and mirrors in bedrooms but that's about it. Would go back in an instant! |

Fabulous chilled out hotel with fantastic service. The beds are sooo comfortable and the pool area is wonderful for chilling out to sounds whilst drinking vino and gnts |

Great clean well run Hotel. Friendly efficient service. Good food, in a relaxed atmosphere; wonderful chilled music provided with much thought and care (like everything else) by Christopher, the resident owner who creates the feeling that you are a much welcomed guest at his own house party. Rooms are clean, but basic. However, this hotel is excellent value, and I shall be booking again ! |

Hotel Zhero is a short taxi ride from Palma’s city centre. The staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were greeted with a complimentary glass of cava as the receptionist checked us in. The pool area is really lovely, with very comfortable sun loungers and pool towels already left out for you. There is relaxing jazzy / chill-out music playing and the atmosphere is just blissful! During the afternoon a waiter came around the poolside with pieces of fruit on cocktail sticks for everyone- lovely! On our first evening we dined in the hotel’s restaurant. Food was served beside the beautifully lit pool and was superb. There are a few downsides. If you arrive by taxi to the front of the hotel you will have to climb approx 10 steep stone steps with your luggage to get to reception and the opposite when you leave. If you arrive at the car park at the back of the hotel you will have to carry your luggage through the pool area to the reception. In addition there is no lift and we had to climb 3 flights of stairs to get to our room, with our luggage. The receptionist did actually offer to have someone bring our bags up to our room. We enjoyed our couple of days at this hotel and would consider returning |

Spent two days at Zhero and would definitely recommend it. Cool and hip. The staff were excellent, food was great and the pool area was very relaxing. Would definitely return. |

We wanted a relaxing break on the island - and it was certainly that! The hotel is simply furnished, no frills, no mini-bar or anything like that. A lovely pool and relaxed poolside bar offering simple food from a good menu - club sandwich is great! Breakfast is buffet style but you can have eggs and bacon but you need to ask! The staff especially Michael, are very attentive, if rather busy at times. Perfect for 20 - 50 age group, no real facilities for children, but those that were there were made very welcome. Chillout music is continuous - we liked it, but it maybe a little much for some! The beach about three hundred metres to the right of the hotel is very pleasant for swimming (lift access) and has a good beach bar - but you need to go to Illetes for a larger beach. the area is mainly residential, but the bus to Palma stops virtually outside and costs a few euros. Overall a great place for a relaxing break. 9/10 |

We had a fabulous 3 days in Palma – my husband and I thought Hotel Zhero was just brilliant for the money and the service (especially from Michael) was just outstanding, the food also was outstanding. We hope that the hotel does not change its concept and will definitely be going again. It is only a 5 minute taxi ride to Palma, good value for money – as that is hard to find in this day and age. Thank you for making our stay memorable. |
