Ses Arenes is a hideaway with a unique mix of tranquillity, close proximity to a well-served town and a short stroll away from one of Mallorca’s most sought after virgin beaches.
The house sits in the centre of its expansive private land, part of a conservation area that runs down to a stunning beach. Guests can drive down a private track, park under the pine trees and hop onto the fine sand in about 3 minutes. The beach is perfect for bathing, has clear aqua waters and sits on one side of a small headland which signals the start of Es Trenc beach. If you feel a little active, the owners have also marked out various walks from 3km to 8km around the estate which take in the natural beauty of the conservation area.
Ses Arenes, with its modern exterior and designer pool, has views out to the countryside on all sides. Potted plants add a splash of colour to the clean edges of the contemporary exterior. It has a relaxed atmosphere, with simple, comfortable and neutral interiors together with tasteful communal areas to sit and unwind. Large windows span the back of the house, which open up onto a pretty outdoor terrace, a perfect spot to start the day with an alfresco breakfast.
The bedrooms follow the same theme, all are comfortable and neutral in style and have their own private terrace and entrance.
