Hotel Salvia is a real romantic hideaway in the heart of the elegant town of Soller.

This sumptuous retreat has received a long list of glowing write-ups in the travel section of several national papers and magazines. The three storey house is tastefully decorated with classic antique furniture and all six bedrooms have great views of the scenic valley. The rooms are spaced out on all three levels and there’s also a large elegant drawing room and a conference/games room with it’s own hospitality bar.

The hotel’s outdoor spaces have a genuine tranquil feel. With spectacular views to the mountains, it’s easy to enjoy a relaxed buffet breakfast on the pretty patio and unwind around the garden and swimming pool.

If you can drag yourself away, Soller’s leafy square and hub of activity is only a few minutes walk away, and is a great place to take a coffee or a bite to eat.

For exploring further afield, the surrounding mountains are perfect for walkers and there’s a small beach at the Port, which is only 4kms away. Soller has no shortage of good restaurants and cafes (all within walking distance), and the owners are happy to point you in the right direction.

We had a nice time thank you. The hotel and the town were both delightful. My husband had some long walks planned but the weather was a bit hot on a couple of days so we had to laze by the pool – what a shame 😉 — LT
